We are looking for:

ASG is seeking a Post Production Coordinator / Video Editor to support our client’s post-production operations. This is a net-new role designed to bring structure, clarity, and organization to a fast-paced creative environment.
This position is primarily a coordination and workflow role (approximately 70%), with hands-on editing responsibilities (approximately 30%). The Coordinator will act as the central point of intake and communication — a “traffic cop” — responsible for receiving edit requests, prioritizing work, tracking project status, and enabling a team of Editors to focus on execution.
While this role collaborates closely with Editors and Creative stakeholders, it is not a Lead or people management position. However, the Coordinator will support light administrative oversight, including approving time-off requests and maintaining team coverage visibility.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of creative production, organization, and communication, and enjoys bringing order to complex workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordination & Workflow Management (Primary Focus)

  • Serve as the primary intake point for all post-production edit requests

  • Triage, prioritize, and schedule incoming work based on urgency, scope, and deadlines

  • Maintain accurate project tracking and status updates using Airtable

  • Act as the central communication hub between Editors, Producers, and cross-functional partners

  • Ensure clear, consistent modes of communication and expectations across teams

  • Identify potential bottlenecks and proactively escalate risks when timelines may be impacted

  • Support team scheduling visibility, including approving time-off requests and ensuring adequate coverage

  • Help define and reinforce repeatable workflows that support scale and efficiency

Editing & Creative Support (Secondary Focus)

  • Provide hands-on editing support as needed to assist the post-production team

  • Edit content for livestreams, marketing, social, and monetization use cases

  • Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects to assemble, polish, and enhance creative assets

  • Integrate provided graphics, templates, and brand elements into deliverables

  • Perform basic color correction and audio balancing to meet delivery standards

  • Collaborate with creative partners to interpret notes and feedback effectively

Required Qualifications and Experience:
  • 4–6+ years of experience in post-production coordination, video editing, or creative operations

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume production environments

  • Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects

  • Experience using Airtable (or similar project tracking tools) for workflow management

  • Strong communication skills with a service-oriented, solutions-focused mindset
  • Ability to remain calm, clear, and organized under shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proficiency with Davinci Resolve
  • Familiarity with live streaming or digital content production workflows
  • Experience supporting editorial teams in a shared-services or managed-services model
  • Basic understanding of creative production pipelines from request through delivery

Compensation & Benefits:

This is a temp-to full-time role. This role offers a salary of $110-130,000 depending on experience. After conversion to a full-time position, this individual will be eligible for a variety of benefits, including:
  • Comprehensive medical coverage with 3 different plans to fit your needs, and 100% of the employee medical premium covered by ASG.
  • Discounts on health and wellness programs, plus savings on travel and more.
  • Voluntary benefits including disability, accident, critical illness insurance, and pet insurance.
  • Employee Assistance Program offering counseling, financial coaching, and more.
  • Paid time off to relax and recharge.
  • Additional benefits to help you plan for the future, like life insurance and 401k.
